Frequently Asked Questions

Multiple Options Brings Multiple Questions

Do I Have To Accept The Offer?

Absolutely not. You are the owner of record up until the time your property is transferred to the owner. This means you have the right, power, and authority to accept, reject, entertain, or to respond in any way you feel. We suggest comparing your options and weighing out the pros and cons with each.

How Much Is This Going To Cost Me?

You will incur NO fees out of pocket until the property is closed. Each program will have various costs associated to it. We advise that you get an idea of each option that's appealing to you, then compare and contrast between the two.

What Will You Need From Me?

Nothing at first. We need to know that you are the Owner Of Record, but once that's confirmed we just need to verify the property address, and condition. Once that is complete we can begin the process. If you decide to pursue one of the options, then we will disucss what is required next.
